Terms and Conditions
- Check- in is from 2pm and check- out is by 11am
- We accept Visa, Mastercard or cash
- Prices quoted in Australian dollars and include GST
- Generous breakfast provisions for first morning included in tariff
- No smoking inside the suites
- No pets
- Minimum night stays apply ie Long weekends, Christmas season
- All linen, bedding, bath towels, tea towels are supplied
- All five suites have self-catering facilities
Cancellation Policy
- Minimum deposit of 50% of the total rate required to confirm booking
- An admin fee of 25% of deposit applies if a cancellation is more that 2 weeks in advance of the check-in date, the remainder of deposit is refunded.
- No refund of deposit if cancellation is less that 2 weeks from the booking
- The deposit may be transferred to a future booking if made at this time
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the expected arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of the total rate
